1. Booking & Payment
-A valid credit/debit card is required to secure your reservation.
-Full payment is due at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation Policy
We’ll issue a full refund for short-term reservations (under 28 days) cancelled five or more days before check in.
We’ll issue a full refund for long-term reservations (28 days or longer) cancelled 30 or more days before check in. After 30 days before check in, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
-Check-in: 3pm. Check-out: 11am.
-Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.
4. House Rules
-No guests under age 21
-No smoking in suites and cabins
-No pets
-No parties or gatherings
-No unregistered guests.
-Please clean your own dishes.
-Do not share the wi-fi password with anyone who is not a registered as a guest.
-Maximum occupancy per cabin must be followed.
-The cabins are for registered guests only—no unapproved visitors or parties.
-Quiet hours are 11pm to 7am.
Guests are responsible for any damages during their stay.
5. Liability
Guests stay at their own risk. Lake Sometimes is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost/stolen items.
6. Website Use
Our website uses cookies, but does not collect personal information other than that required for booking.
We never sell or loan out personal information.
